The working environment temperature is -35-50 ℃, and it has good technical and economic performance such as compact main structure, high hydraulic transmission rate, smooth operation, and light weight. This series of hydraulic opening and closing machines is divided into 14 varieties, and their basic parameters are shown in the following figure. The opening speed can be specified within the range of 0.5-1.5m/min depending on the selected hydraulic pump station.
Composition of hydraulic opening and closing machine for deep hole arc-shaped door
Hydraulic opening and closing machine is a new type of opening and closing machinery that integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and instrumentation components. It is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinders, oil pumps, roughing machines, oil tanks, oil filters, and hydraulic control valves. Under the control of the hydraulic system, the inner wall of the piston in the hydraulic cylinder undergoes axial reciprocating motion, thereby driving the connecting rod and gate connected to the piston to perform linear motion, in order to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the orifice. The opening force is 2 × 60KN to 2 × 8000KN.
